SHIPPING COST: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment  to PROSEC. PROSEC will be responsible for the cost of shipment back to the customer.

 

2) Free Spare parts Policy

 

For Longterm business cooperation, all the orders amount to 20,000 USD, we will add some extra accessories according to a certain percentage such as the board, glass free sparepart for the repairing.

 

3) Online Technical and Spot supporting

 

For some urgent need, we could arrange the engineer give an online support, even go to the customers place for the spot supporting.
